RC Panvel conducted a Residential RYLA programme. Where young adult aged from 18-25 spent three days in a challenging program of discussions, inspirational speeches, leadership training and social activities designed to enhance personal development , leadership skills & good citizenship. Inauguration of program was done at the hands of PDG. Pramod Jejurikar with his keynote speech. Many of Rotarians from District-3131 &District-3140, were came as speakers on topics like, Rtn. Vaishali Bhagwat discussed on ‘CYBER CRIMES’, Rtn. Shripad Kulkarni introduce participants with ‘Carriers for Youth in Rotary’, Rtn. Smruti Gulwadi discussed on ‘Team Building’, our Project Chairman Rtn. Anil Ambetkar was taken lecture on ‘Communication’, Rtn. Diwakaran Pillai was there to express their thoughts on ‘Time Management’. Dr. Sapna Modi was there to give a brief on ‘Value, Ethics & Positive Attitude’, Rtn. Manju Phadke was there to teach ‘Management education through games’ and most important thing ‘Self Management’ was explained by Shrimati Bharti Shah. We RC Panvel, not only a theoretically but practically also gave a chance to participants to focuses on leadership, communication, Team work, Time management and co-operation through various games. This Winter, RYLA-2016 presented this superb camp at Shanti Sevashram, Panvel, during 22-24th January. Considered as one of the outstanding youth programs in Rotary with 67 participants, our all Rotary Members, Anns, Rotaracator’s made this RYLA Programme successful.
